Mary Woods School of Dance

Trainee Teacher Programme

This program is designed to support and supervise students who wish to obtain a teachers qualification in dance. This qualification is awarded under the United Kingdom Alliance (UKA)of dance, and thus, individuals with this qualification are recognised members of the UKA.

In addition to teaching dance, the UKA provides opportunities for continuous personal

development.

Our Senior students are invited to join this program (in addition to their core dance class) by qualified UKA dance teachers: Sharon, Amanda & Georgina
